All participating vendors/exhibitors displaying and/or selling Omega Psi Phi Fraternity (OPPF) paraphernalia must be an authorized OPPF vendor and your Certificate of License must always be displayed whenever you engage in the advertisement and/or sale of OPPF merchandise.
